Richard Farrell

In my professional life I advise individuals and small businesses helping them to focus, clarify, and take care of both short and long term issues facing them. Previously, I have worked or had careers as an small business owner, attorney, political consultant, and high tech and Internet corporate manager - the major checkers in the checkered past.

In the 1970’s I worked in the environmental movement in Davis, California, where I served on the City Council. During this time the city began including energy conservation standards in its building code and implementing a planning policy committed to the preservation of agricultural land.
